I just completed the wellness courses. It was truly a life changing experience and I would give the courses a million stars (if I could)!! Miriam is so wonderful and knowledgeable and shares her wisdom in bite size pieces that are not overwhelming. I have tried so many different programs and this one just felt so right makes sense and so many topics are converted in addition to food- it’s a whole lifestyle class! The program is the just best. It’s a special gift to yourself and you will feel healthier and so happy that you did it!!

Miriam’s wellness courses couldn’t have come at a better time for me. I always thought I had a fairly healthy diet but this class changed my life.
