I encourage anyone who is interested in shedding weight, trying new plant-based recipes, detoxing your life and learning other lifestyle changes to take these courses! These changed my life! Not only did I drop excess weight, but I have more energy, love the new recipes and meals I am making for my family & friends, and am more aware of the environment and my impact on it. I have many new healthy habits and most importantly got a clean bill of health from my doctor and blood test results!
