I just finished Miriam's wellness courses. I went in thinking I was going to pick up a few new recipes, and I was totally blown away. It was not just about food but all about living a healthy lifestyle, it really felt like a masters class in wellness. I learned so much about not just what I was putting in my body but also helpful tips for getting rid of toxins in the household. Can't wait to take future courses!
